Good buy when on sale

Decent sockets, going to replace some with ones from harbor freight for the lifetime warranty. I laminated the conversion sheet so it’ll last longer

Duplicate sockets.

Sockets look well made, but i have not used as of yet. I inspected the set for duplicates due to some reviews, and sure enough mine came with two 12mm no 13mm.

Good tool

Worked very well for accessing tight spots under a truck and getting mostly straight leverage compared to a typically ratchet wrench. The socket end was a bit loose but only became annoying after adding additional extensions to reach very tight spots.Comes with socket size adapters but I haven’t used them yet. I expect them to be at or below Harbor Freight quality

No 10mm, two 9mm instead

10mm are sometimes the joke of mechanics, can never find a 10mm socket. Well, this doesn't help when you order this set and don't get a 10mm.

Worthy T-Handle

This Neiko T-handle is a worthy tool to live with my old vintage Kowa Seiki of Japan. The satin finish matches the Kowa having just the right friction level and some nice welding craftsmanship. It spins straight and true unlike the MP's I've seen which are never straight! If any of you worked for a living as a motorcycle mechanic, you'll know what I mean. The Neiko is made in Taiwan and exceeds the MP made in china.Cheers!

I'll never use 12 points again!

I got to use these for the first time today. Brakes, rotors, fuel pump, fuel filter and ignition switch job all at once. They got a nice work out and I'm impressed. I'll never use 12 points again on 6 point bolts... they were, well pretty amazing. I'm not worried about the case, I have socket holders, tossed the case when they were added to my tool chest. Definitely worth every penny, especially if you catch them on sale, like I did. High quality, piece of kit.

The quality finish of every tool in this is top notch.

Absolutely love this brand of tools, super high quality obviously, when you work on a lot of cars, I have two other brands that I have full sets, but this is by far my favorite Brand.

This is one of the nicest sets you can buy!

This is one of the nicest sets you can get. Everything looks and functions beautifully. The ratchet works with precision. The sockets are very well marked, and the case is excellent. Neiko is a quality tool and a first-class company. I have purchased other Neiko tools and have been impressed.

Good quality for price....but zero warranty

I bought these as throwaway sockets like harbor Freight with a gift card from Zyn points. So was not expecting much. When they first arrived we threw them on an impact joking "Chrome Impact rated" and I have to comment in heavy use these have taken everything that my Craftsman sockets and especially ratchet would fail with. So if you have the money and want a set that you won't be disappointed in if it fails these will be sure the please. I've used these on John deere, Farmall, Ford, Dodge, Mazda, etc. Used with Snap on, Craftsman, dewalt, etc impacts running at 120 psi and they just take it, mostly used the deep sockets. But I would wish everyone's experience was that, but for me I've gotten more then I paid for so from me, I'm happy and will order again when I break enough. The warranty is nill but with my review I know my snapon dealer would probably deny warranty for using Chrome with an impact...but eh I like these.

You won't be disappointed! Solid buy!

Made in Taiwan if you are wondering. Sockets have both imprinted size and painted, a very big selling point for me. I can't stand for the size to rub off. The case is very nice and the latches feel great, tools stay in place. Ratchet is solid and hefty with smooth clicks and light back drag. Very impressed with build quality. Another selling point to me was that there is no filler in this set (bits, allen wrenches and other crap) just what you need in a socket set. This is my first time buying anything from Neiko, after my experience with this I will be looking into more of their line.

A Very Handy Tool

This is a tool that is so handy for "jiggling" a stuck screw or spark plug loose without damaging it. A little pressure clockwise then a little pressure counter-clockwise does the trick. That's better than using a breaker bar and breaking the spark plug or stripping out the screw head. Took me 81 years to find this tool.

Great back up tool kit. Use as my trail kit

Bought this to keep in my Jeep TJ while 4 wheeling. It's already had a ton of use. Options of short or deep sockets with slim sidewalls have made it easy to work with, narrow enough to pull spark plugs The wide range of sizes has saved my a$$ a couple times. For my needs I'd by something a little nocer as my daily tools but this is a great set for trail rigs or people that don't wrench every day

Awesome tool. These tools will save you from the massive headaches of not reaching bolts in tight areas—a great tool at a great price. Don't think about it, just get it, you won't regret it.

great tools for the price

Bought the NEIKO 02512A 43‑piece 3/8″ socket set, and it's been solid. Made from chrome‑vanadium steel, everything feels durable and cleans up easily. The quick‑release 90‑tooth ratchet is smooth even in tight spaces, and the metric sockets from 6–24 mm cover most jobs. The universal joint and extensions work well. For DIY or pro jobs, it's a dependable, affordable kit with a handy case.

Very affordable and Durable

The Neiko 3/8" socket set is a solid contender for both the casual DIYer and the more seasoned mechanic looking for a reliable, no-frills set without breaking the bank. Having put this set through its paces on everything from automotive repairs to household projects, I can confidently say it delivers excellent value for its price point.First off, the quality of the sockets themselves is surprisingly good. They feel robust and well-machined, with clearly stamped sizes that are easy to read, even in low light. I haven't experienced any stripping or rounding of the fasteners, which is a common concern with budget-friendly sets. The chrome vanadium steel construction appears to hold up well to regular use, showing minimal signs of wear even after tackling some stubborn bolts. The 3/8" drive size is incredibly versatile, hitting that sweet spot for a wide range of common tasks. This set typically includes a comprehensive selection of both SAE and metric sizes, ensuring you're well-equipped for most jobs that come your way. The inclusion of an extension bar and a universal joint (depending on the specific set configuration) further enhances its utility, allowing access to those hard-to-reach fasteners. The ratchet mechanism is smooth and reliable, with a decent number of teeth for good engagement in tight spaces. While it might not have the ultra-fine tooth count of premium brands, it's more than adequate for general use and has held up perfectly. The quick-release button is a nice touch, making socket changes swift and easy.Portability is another strong suit. The blow-molded case keeps everything organized and secure, preventing sockets from scattering in your toolbox. It's compact enough to toss in the trunk of your car or carry around the workshop without being cumbersome.Where this set truly shines is its affordability. You'd be hard-pressed to find a comparable set with this level of quality and completeness at the same price. It's an ideal choice for someone building their tool collection, or as a reliable backup set for their primary tools. In conclusion, the Neiko 3/8" socket set is a fantastic investment. It offers excellent durability, a comprehensive range of sizes, and reliable performance, all at a price that won't make your wallet wince. For anyone seeking a dependable and cost-effective socket set for everyday tasks and light-to-medium duty applications, this Neiko set comes highly recommended. It's a genuine workhorse that punches well above its weight class.
