These premium zirconia flap discs are built with industrial-grade blue zirconia abrasive that holds up to high temperatures and heavy pressure — lasting longer than standard aluminum oxide discs while cutting more aggressively.
The Type 29 bevel design works at an angle for contour grinding, edge shaping, deburring, and surface blending on steel, sheet metal, weld seams, and heavy-duty equipment.
Industrial-Grade Zirconia Premium blue zirconia alumina delivers aggressive stock removal with excellent heat resistance for extended disc life. Built for strength and durability on hard-to-grind metals.
Fiberglass Backing Plate Resin fiber construction with fiberglass backing absorbs vibrations and reduces smearing during use for more stable, efficient grinding.
High-Speed Compatible Each disc measures 4-1/2" diameter with a 7/8" arbor, compatible with most angle grinders at speeds up to 13,300 RPM.
