I use these flap this primarily to make my wooden American flag look distress. I love that it is much safer than a wood carving disc so you don’t seriously injured or hurt yourself in the process if there is a kickback. So far I have had no kickback and have not even injured myself for the hours that I have used this to make my Flax. I have made over six flags using this flap and they look great as you can see in the picture.

I make plasma art in a metal shop. These are inexpensive and do a really good job grinding-off 16 guage finish & slag for powder coat. One disc will easily grind both sides of a 16" diameter piece.

These are the best flap discs i have ever used! And thats saying something! I work in the automotive industry and do a ton of fabrication work. These flap discs take welds down so fast its mind blowing, and are 100% quieter than a hard grinding wheel! My friend tried them on a jeep magnum swap project we were doing and he now ONLY buys these just like me! These LAST FOREVER we did the entire magnum v8 swap, a full 8.8 to TJ swap and truss kit and im still on the first flap disc! I cant say enough about these who knew a flap disc could impress someone so much!

For the price these are a great value. Sure they may not last as long as the brands that cost 3 X the price, but for the hobby shop they work fine. I have used 100s of these and i have not found any flaws or discs that failed during use. As typical of any sanding product their effectiveness drops as they wear.

I will never use a hard grinding disk for sharpening my lawn mower blades again. After using the flap disk. Super good product.

Sure there are better quality flap discs out there but the price these are hard to beat.

These flap discs are excellent quality. They cut smoothly, last longer than the cheaper discs I’ve used, and don’t wear down quickly even on tougher metals. Great value for the price, and they fit my grinder perfectly. Highly recommend for anyone doing metal fabrication or welding work.

Very durable, and aggressive grind

I use these on my M18 Milwaukee angle grinder to sharpen my mower blades and large shredder machine blades. Works great and the flap disc's last a long time. I've sharpened over blades so far and the disc is still holding up just fine. Still using my 1st disc!

Purchased for sharping mower blades. Fit and quality appear good and first disc easily sharpened two blades and provided a good grind quality. It still has a lot of use life left.
