Overall only time will tell regarding whether or not this will do what it is supposed to do. I have had hardhats many different times and many of them were far more robust. This Forrestry Helmet does seem to be a bit on the thin/flimsy end of the sale. Like I said time will tell and I can only hope that the "newer" materials that this is all made of will protect me when operating a chainsaw, trimmer, and mower.
