Description

  • GASKET PUNCH SET: 13 Interchangeable round hollow punches are sharp, heat treated carbon steel punches cut clean and accurate to create washers or gaskets. All in one punch can be used on rubber, leather, vinyl, carpet, plastic, cardboard, copper, soft brass, and many more materials.
  • CENTER PUNCH: Handle includes built in spring loaded center punch with pilot tip for accurate positioning. Center punch can be removed for making solid disc cutouts just like a circle punch, gasket cutting kit, carpet hole punch, foam hole punch or circle cutter.
  • SINGLE HOLE PUNCH: Interchangeable punch heads have a knurled surface to easily screw securely into the six inch long steel handle for safe and easy handling when punching out holes, working with your grommet tool kit, or using as a belt hole puncher.

Tips: 1.
1. Best results are achieved when using on a flat and even surface. Preferably use with a wooden or plastic surface under cutting material as metal or other heavy surfaces may damage the hole punch. 2.
2. Remove the spring-loaded centering pin for cutting out circles without damaging the disc cut out. To remove the center punch, unscrew the top bolt of the punch handle, remove the rubber grip, and loosen the allen screw to remove the center punch.
Operating Instructions: 1.
1. Mark the center of the hole to be punched out. 2.
2. Choose the appropriate hole punch and screw it on the punch handle. 3.
3. Apply the spring loaded centering pin at the marked center. a.
Note: The spring loaded centering pin can be removed to cut full circles and/or to avoid damaging the disc cut out. 4.
4. Hold the punch handle vertically to the work piece. 5.
5. Hit the top of the punch handle with a hammer. a.
Note: Hitting to hard may damage your hole punch while hitting the softly may not create a proper hole in your work piece.
