Description

  • DURABLE: These 10 Abrasive wheels are constructed of industrial grade high density premium German VSM zirconia that keeps temperatures lower increasing durability and disc life for a more robust and economical grinding.
  • HEAVY DUTY FLAP DISC 80 GRIT: Our 80 grit bevel wheel 4.5 sanding disc for grinder is coarser in build, and is ideal for heavier stock removal and sanding. The Bevel wheel has built in angle for greater contact on work surface.
  • APPLICATION: Bevel Type 27-disc build is effective for blending, smoothing, finishing flat surfaces, deburring, and grinding contours. Perfect for radius grinding on steel, sheet metal, welding, machining, heavy duty equipment and industrial maintenance
  • QUALITY: This flap grinding disc is a resin fiber construction with fiberglass backing plate to help absorb vibrations reducing smear during usage, bringing more stable and efficient grinding.
  • FLAP GRINDING DICC SIZES INCLUDED: Each disc measures at 4-1/2-inch diameter with a 7/8-inch arbor size, making it compatible with most grinders. High speed of 13,300 revolutions per minute (RPM).

The Neiko 11262A Germany VSM Platinum Zirconia Beveled Flap Disc can operate with a maximum speed of 13, 300 RPM. Each 4.5 inch 80-grit flap disc in the 10-piece set is outfitted with an arbor size of 7/8-inch. The thicker thickness of our flap discs makes sure a good wear resistance and longer service life for use on ferrous and non-ferrous metals, avoiding the need to frequently change discs.
